Water Has So Many benefits, Yet Something So Simple Can Be So Underrated!

Up to 60% of the human adult body is water so if you don’t replenish, it can be just like the pond that has no water flowing. Our bodies can become stagnant and unhealthy. Your body uses water for just about every function, from creating the saliva in your mouth to the cushioning and lubricant for your joints and keeping your body hydrated in all areas from blood, to brain and cells. Your body needs water to regulate body temperature as well as help with moisturising and maintaining tissue and organ health along with all your body functions.

How much is good for you?

This depends on several factors including climate, your health and your lifestyle, but if you can start the day with a glass or two then that’s a good start. The best advice I heard is to listen to your body, if its thirsty, give it water. Clear, Clean and Room Temperature is best.
